What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use USPS and FedEx for shipping.
What is the cost of shipping?
We will calculate the shipping cost during checkout based on your location and the items in your shopping cart. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 in the Contiguous US only.
Is sales tax included in the price of your merchandise?
Sales tax is not included in the pricing listed in the store. It will be calculated during checkout and depends on your location and the items in your shopping cart.
Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
We also ship to Puerto Rico. There is an additional customs fee charged for store shipments to Puerto Rico.
We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All sales are final, but you can change or cancel your order before it ships. To do this, please contact the Truvia customer service team at Truvia_CS@pmci.com or 866-853-6077.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your order will be charged as soon as it is placed. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a refund.
What is your return policy?
